Features
Send it to the right people, and see who has answered
Choose a group of contacts or colleagues. Each person receives a personal link from your brand’s own address, and you follow who has opened it, started it and answered.
Get startedA way of sending a form, for the people who build forms.

From a group to a complete picture
- 1
Choose who
Pick contacts by tag, company or language, pick people in your workspace by role or team, or paste a list.
- 2
Send the links
Each person gets an email from your brand’s address with a link that is theirs alone.
- 3
Follow along
A tracker shows who has been invited, opened, started and answered, and who is still missing.
- 4
Remind, then close
Remind everyone who has not answered, now or on a schedule, then close the send.
How it behaves
Sending to people is a responsibility, so the rules are there from the start.
- A link for one person
- The link already knows who it is for, so you do not need to ask for a name or an email. One answer per person, or editable until a date you choose.
- Contacts, colleagues or a list
- Choose contacts by tag, company or language, a hand-picked set, or everyone. Choose workspace members by role, team or everyone. Or paste a list and say on what basis you may write to them.
- From your own address
- Emails go out from the brand’s own sending address, in the language of the person.
- A tracker that stays calm
- Invited, opened, started and answered, with the list of who has not answered yet.
- Reminders that respect people
- Automatic reminders after a number of days, up to a number of times, and a Remind now button. Nobody who answered, declined or whose link was withdrawn is reminded.
- Anonymous mode
- Hivenza keeps track of who was sent the form so reminders work, but the answer is stored with no identity, and no per-person waiting list is shown. People are told so plainly.
- Only the group may answer
- You can close the public link, so only the people you invited can answer.
- Withdraw a link
- Cancel one person’s link at any time. An answered one cannot be cancelled.
- Sensible limits
- Up to 20 sends a day per form, 10,000 invitations a day per brand and 5,000 people per send, to protect the people you write to and your sending reputation.
- Who can do it
- Building forms is needed to send them. Choosing contacts or importing a list also needs the permission to manage contacts; choosing colleagues does not.
- Tidied afterwards
- Unanswered invitations are deleted 30 days after they expire, and answered ones lose the person’s email, phone number and reference after the same time.
For the people who build forms
Because the tracker names who has not answered, sending a form is for owners, administrators and roles given the permission to build forms. Availability follows your plan.
Questions
Can I send it by WhatsApp or text message?
Not yet. Today a form goes by email, or as a link you share yourself.
Can the answers be anonymous?
Yes. In anonymous mode the answer is stored without any identity, and the tracker shows no per-person waiting list.
Will people who already answered get reminders?
No. Reminders never go to people who answered, declined or whose link was withdrawn.
Can I write to anyone in a pasted list?
Only if you have a lawful basis to. You state it when you paste the list, and only real addresses should be used.
