Know what your posts bring to your website
One small script counts visits without cookies, and Hivenza joins them to what it already knows: the post and network that sent each visitor, the chat they started and the ticket or sale that followed.

From a script tag to what worked
- 1
Add one line
Copy the script into your site, with steps for WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Webflow, Squarespace and Google Tag Manager.
- 2
Check it loads
The install page turns green as soon as the first visit arrives.
- 3
Set your goals
Choose a page or an event as a goal, and build funnels from the steps people take.
- 4
See what brought them
Every visit is tied to the post, network, campaign or short link that sent it.
What it counts, and what it leaves alone
Several sites per brand, each with its own key and list of allowed domains.
- The usual numbers
- Visitors, visits, page views, bounce, time on page, entry and exit pages, new and returning, and who is on the site right now.
- Cookieless by default
- A daily-changing hash stands in for a cookie and nothing is stored on the visitor’s device. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected, and a persistent mode follows the visitor’s consent.
- Single-page sites
- Route changes in Next, React, Angular and Vue sites count as page views.
- Events and goals
- Send your own events with a few words of code, with revenue for shops, then set goals and funnels on pages or events.
- Posts, chats and tickets
- UTM tags are added to the links in scheduled posts, and short links and referrers are matched, so you see visits, chats and conversions per post, campaign and brand.
- Your own team left out
- Bots are filtered, and your team’s visits can be left out by address, a cookie or a query flag.
- Alerts and reports
- Saved views, scheduled email reports, alerts for a drop or spike in traffic or a missed goal, annotations when a post goes out, and CSV or PDF export.
- Delete one visitor
- Erase one visitor’s data on request, and choose how long data is kept.
On every paid plan
Website analytics are included from Starter. Session replay, which shows a visitor’s last minutes beside their chat, comes with Pro.
Questions
Does it use cookies?
Not by default. It counts visits with a hash that changes every day. A persistent mode exists, and it follows the visitor’s consent.
Do I need the chat on my site?
No. The script works alone. With the chat on the same page, both share the visitor and the visit, so nothing is counted twice.
How do I know which post brought a visit?
Links in scheduled posts get UTM tags, short links are counted, and referrers are matched to the network.
Can I export the numbers?
Yes. CSV and PDF export, scheduled email reports and the monthly report all carry them.
