Microsoft Teams
Keep the whole company in the loop, automatically
Share the week's posts, launches and results in a Teams channel, scheduled from the same place as everything else you publish.

What you can do
- Schedule a message to a Teams channel, or send it now
- Plan Teams updates on the same calendar as your social posts
- Connect as many channels as you need
Good to know
- Teams connects through a channel workflow, not a sign-in: no Microsoft admin consent needed
- Teams doesn't return a link to the message, so the post shows as sent without one
- Teams shares no numbers, so Teams posts aren't counted in analytics
Included in the Agency plan.
How teams use it
- Company news
- Marketing shares what goes out this week in the company channel, so everyone can like and repost it.
- Results
- After a campaign, a short summary of how it did goes to the leadership channel.
- Departments
- Each department’s channel gets the posts that concern it: hiring posts to HR, product posts to sales.
- Clients on Teams
- Agencies whose clients live in Teams post the approved plan to the client’s own channel.
Connect Teams in two minutes
- 1
Add the workflow
In Teams, open the channel, then More options (…) and Workflows, and add “Post to a channel when a webhook request is received”.
- 2
Copy the link
Teams shows the workflow's link. Copy it.
- 3
Paste it in Hivenza
In Settings, then Connections, choose Microsoft Teams, paste the link and name the channel.
Questions
Do I need a Microsoft admin?
Usually not: anyone who can add workflows to the channel can connect it.
Can Hivenza read our Teams?
No. The workflow only lets Hivenza post to that one channel.
Which plan includes Teams?
The Agency plan, together with Slack and Discord.
