For teams and agencies

One workspace for every brand your team runs

Give each teammate the right role, keep each brand to itself, route every customer to the right team, and let nothing go out before the right people have seen it.

  • Owner

Runs the workspace and decides who else owns it.

  • Admin

Every brand, approvals, the team, plan and payments.

  • Editor

Writes, schedules and answers, on the brands they’re given.

  • Viewer

Follows the calendar, the inbox and the numbers.

A week in the hive

  1. 1

    Brief

The plan for the week, on the calendar every brand shares.

  2. 2

    Draft

Editors write once for every network, with each one’s rules checked.

  3. 3

    Approve

An admin, or the client from a link, approves or sends it back with a comment.

  4. 4

    Publish

On the minute, in each brand’s timezone, even if nobody is online.

  5. 5

    Report

The month’s numbers in a report in the brand’s colours.

Agencies

Every client, without mixing them up

Each client is a brand with its own accounts, calendar, inbox and numbers. Editors only see the brands they’re given.

  • Clients approve drafts from a link, without an account (Pro)
  • Monthly reports with your agency’s name and colours (Agency)
  • Up to 20 brands and 30 people on Agency

In-house teams

Everyone on the same page, literally

Marketing, support and the people who sign things off work from one calendar and one inbox, so nobody posts twice or answers the same message twice.

  • Editors submit, admins approve (Pro)
  • Conversations assigned to a teammate, with response times (Pro)
  • An activity log of who changed what (Pro)

Support teams

Every customer reaches the right team

Make teams for support, sales or social care. Tickets from every channel go to a team by rule, by the chatbot or by the AI agent, and its queue shares them out, passing over anyone who is away (Pro).

  • Each team with its own queue, service targets and reports (Pro)
  • Custom roles: see every ticket or only your own, contact details masked, export allowed or not (Pro)
  • Preview the app as any role before you hand it out

Security

Ready for banks and large companies

Sign in through your company with single sign-on (SAML, Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra, Okta) and let your identity provider add and remove people with SCIM (Enterprise). Require two-step sign-in and allow access only from your networks (Pro).

  • Owners can always sign in, so the workspace is never locked
  • A full history on every ticket, and an activity log of who changed what
  • Customer data kept for the time you choose, and every ticket exportable

Kept apart, shared on purpose

Each brand keeps

  • Its own social accounts
  • Its own calendar and timezone
  • Its own inbox and numbers
  • Its own link-in-bio page

The workspace shares

  • One team, with a role for each person
  • Saved replies, for every brand or just one
  • One plan and one bill

Nobody outside your workspace sees its brands, accounts or posts.

Questions

Can an editor see every brand?

Only if you want them to. Admins and owners see every brand; an editor or viewer sees the brands you pick for them.

How do clients approve posts?

On Pro, share a draft or scheduled post by link. The client opens it without an account, then approves it or leaves a comment.

Can I turn approvals off?

Yes. When editors can schedule themselves, posts go straight to the calendar; switch approvals back on at any time.

Can we make our own roles?

On Pro, yes: tick the permissions for each area (planning, inbox, support setup, analytics, settings), give each person a role per brand, and preview the app as that role. Owner, admin, editor and viewer stay ready-made.

Can people sign in with our company account?

On Enterprise, with single sign-on through Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra, Okta or any SAML provider, after you prove your email domain. You can require it for your company’s addresses, and your identity provider can add and remove people (SCIM).
