Enterprise
Social media and support for companies that buy through procurement
Banks, telecoms and large companies get everything in Agency, with what a security review, a legal team and a purchasing team ask for.
Security pack and DPA
Our security answers, a data processing agreement and the sub-processors on file.
Single sign-on and SCIM
SAML, Entra, Okta or Google Workspace; people added and removed by your directory.
Enterprise controls
Legal holds, retention rules, a complaints register and masked customer details.
WhatsApp calls
Customers call your WhatsApp number and the team answers in the inbox.
A named contact
A person at Hivenza, with an answer time written into your contract.
What it adds to Agency
Agency, plus these. Everything else is the same product your teams already use.
- Single sign-on and SCIM
- People sign in through your company with SAML, Microsoft Entra, Okta or Google Workspace, after you prove your email domain. Your directory adds and removes them.
- Enterprise controls
- Legal holds, masked customer details, controls over the AI, a complaints register with deadlines, compliance sampling of tickets, locked saved replies and disclaimers.
- Supervisor tools
- A live view of every queue, bulk moves, watching, whispering or joining a chat, queue alerts, shift reports and coverage for the week.
- Known issues
- When something is down, one switch puts a banner in the chat and help centre, answers first with what the team knows, gathers the tickets and closes them together once it’s fixed.
- Retention and erasure
- Retention rules per kind of data, and a certificate when a person’s data is erased.
- Your SIEM
- The activity log streamed to your security tools, every entry chained so it can’t be rewritten unnoticed.
- WhatsApp calls
- Customers call your WhatsApp number and the team answers in the inbox, with missed calls to give back and supervisors who can listen in or whisper. Meta bills the calls to your own WhatsApp account.
- The security pack
- Our security answers, controls and sub-processors in one document for your review, with a data processing agreement.
- A named contact
- A person at Hivenza who knows your setup, with an answer time written into the contract. The EU region on request.
- Seats that fit
- Unlimited agents, counted per active agent, with AI credits in every seat and packs above.

Questions
Can we pay by invoice or purchase order?
Yes. The yearly contract is paid by invoice, with your purchase order number on it and days to pay.
Can we try it before we sign?
Yes: a 60 to 90 day pilot on one real team, with its success criteria written down before it starts.
How many agents do we need?
Any number. Enterprise bills a 10-seat minimum, so a team of 6 pays for 10 seats, and grows with you; only agents who work count. Agency stops at 10 agents.
Who pays for WhatsApp?
Meta bills WhatsApp conversations and calls to your own WhatsApp Business account. Hivenza doesn’t mark them up.
Where is our data kept?
Ask us: the region, the sub-processors and the safeguards are in the privacy policy and the security pack, and the EU region is offered on request.
