Turn a ChatGPT conversation into a week of posts

Add Hivenza as a connector in ChatGPT, then ask it to draft and schedule posts for your brands, or to tell you what worked last month.

From the Starter plan.

A ChatGPT conversation drafting posts for three networks, the Hivenza calendar filling up next to it

Ask it to

  • Draft posts for each network and save them in Hivenza
  • Schedule a post, or put it in the brand's queue (Pro)
  • Move or unschedule a post
  • Find the best times to post and sum up the numbers

You keep control

  • Posts are drafts unless you ask ChatGPT to schedule them
  • It works as you: your brands, your role, your approvals
  • Everything it does shows in the activity log, and you can disconnect it any time

From the Starter plan.

How teams use it

From a brief
Paste a product brief and ask for a week of posts per network; the drafts land in Hivenza.
Captions in two languages
Ask for each post in English and French, then check them in the composer before scheduling.
Monthly check
“What worked last month?” ChatGPT reads your numbers through Hivenza and sums them up.
Small changes
Move or unschedule a post from the chat, with your approvals still in place.

  2. 2

    Add a connector

In ChatGPT's settings, add a connector and paste the address.

  3. 3

    Allow it

Sign in to Hivenza once and approve. Then just ask.

Questions

Which ChatGPT plans support connectors?

ChatGPT's own plans decide this; check the connectors section of your ChatGPT settings.

Can ChatGPT publish without me?

Only if you ask it to schedule or publish. If your workspace needs approval, the post waits for an owner or admin.

Do assistant posts count toward my plan?

Yes, like any other post.
