Make

Hivenza in your scenarios, step by step

Start a scenario the moment something happens in Hivenza, and let it create posts, answer conversations and update contacts as one step among many.

What the app does

  • 37 instant triggers: each event reaches your scenario as it happens, with no polling
  • More than 100 modules from the same API developers use: actions to create, change or cancel, and searches that read lists page by page
  • Brand dropdowns, and nested fields shown as they are in Hivenza
  • Connect with Hivenza (sign in) or with an API key

Good to know

  • The app is built and pending Make’s review. Until it is listed, a custom webhook in Make already catches every event (Settings, then Webhooks)
  • Needs a plan with the API: Pro and up
  • A scenario acts with the permissions of the connection, and the workspace’s plan limits and approvals still apply
  • Searches read every page of a list, so a scenario can walk through everything that matches

Pending Make’s review.

How teams use it

Support to a board
A new ticket assigned to the team creates a card, and the card’s link goes back as a note.
Content calendar
A row added to a sheet becomes a scheduled post for the right brand and accounts.
Nobody came
When a booking is missed, send the customer a kind message and open a follow-up task.
Every contact in step
A contact updated in Hivenza updates the same person in your CRM, and back.

Use it with Make

  1. 1

    Add a Hivenza module

In a scenario, search for Hivenza once it is listed, and connect your account.

  2. 2

Pick a trigger or an action

Watch an event, or choose what the scenario does in Hivenza.

  3. 3

    Run it once

Make shows the real data from your workspace, then you switch the scenario on.

Questions

Can I use Make before the app is listed ?

Yes, with a custom webhook module: copy its address into Hivenza under Settings, then Webhooks, and pick the events.

Which plan do I need ?

The API is part of Pro and up, and so is the Make app.

API key or sign in ?

Either. Signing in lets you choose the workspace on Hivenza’s own page; a key is for scripts and test brands.

Can a scenario change everything ?

Only what its connection is allowed to do. Workflows can be run, paused and stopped, but their steps are built in the app.
