Hivenza

Zapier

Hivenza in your Zaps, as it happens

Start a Zap the moment a post goes out, a customer writes or a time is booked, and let a Zap create posts, answer conversations and keep contacts in step.

What the app does

  • 37 triggers, one for each thing Hivenza can tell you about: posts, messages, conversations, tickets, contacts, mentions, bookings and more
  • More than 100 actions and searches from the same API developers use: create or schedule a post, reply, add a note, open a ticket, add or update a contact
  • Dropdowns for your brands, posts, conversations and contacts, so nobody pastes an id
  • Sign in with Hivenza and choose the workspace: no API key to copy

Good to know

  • The app is built and pending Zapier’s review. Until it is listed, “Webhooks by Zapier” already catches every event (Settings, then Webhooks)
  • Needs a plan with the API: Pro and up
  • Each Zap acts with the permissions of the person who connected it, and the workspace’s plan limits and approvals still apply
  • Triggers arrive as events happen: nothing is polled

Pending Zapier’s review.

How teams use it

Booked a demo
When a time is booked, add a row to the sales sheet and a card to the board.
Published
When a post goes out, announce it in the team’s chat and log the link.
A customer writes
A new message with a keyword in it opens a task in the support tool.
From a form
A new form entry creates a draft post, or adds the person as a contact.

Use it with Zapier

In a Zap, search for Hivenza once it is listed, and sign in with your Hivenza account.

  2. 2

Choose the trigger or the action

Pick the event that starts the Zap, or the thing the Zap should do in Hivenza.

  3. 3

    Test and turn it on

Zapier loads a real sample from your workspace, then keeps listening.

Questions

Can I use Zapier before the app is listed ?

Yes, with “Webhooks by Zapier”: add the Catch Hook address in Hivenza under Settings, then Webhooks, and pick the events.

Which plan do I need ?

The API is part of Pro and up, and so is the Zapier app.

Can a Zap post without a person checking ?

Only as far as your workspace allows: approvals and plan limits apply to Zaps like to people, and posts are drafts unless the Zap schedules them.

Is it safe to connect ?

You sign in on Hivenza’s own page and choose what the app may do. You can disconnect it at any time, and the activity log shows what it did.
