Plan your posts by asking Claude

Connect Hivenza to Claude and plan the week in a conversation: draft posts for each network, move them, or ask how last month went.

From the Starter plan.

A person asking Claude to plan next week’s posts, the drafts appearing in the Hivenza calendar beside it

Ask it to

  • Draft next week's posts for every network and leave them in Hivenza
  • Schedule a post, or put it in the brand's queue (Pro)
  • Move or unschedule a post
  • Find the best times to post and sum up the numbers

You keep control

  • Posts are drafts unless you ask Claude to schedule them
  • It works as you: your brands, your role, your approvals
  • Everything it does shows in the activity log, and you can disconnect it any time

From the Starter plan.

How teams use it

Monday planning
“Draft five posts for next week from this blog article, for Instagram, LinkedIn and X.” The drafts wait in Hivenza.
Quick moves
“Move Thursday’s post to Friday at 6pm.” Done, without opening the calendar.
Monthly check
“Which posts did best last month, and when should we post?” Answered from your own numbers.
Several brands
Agencies ask for each client’s week in turn; Claude only sees the brands you can see.
