A content library your whole team can trust

Keep the posts and files your team reuses in one place. Colleagues comment on drafts and files with @mentions, every post keeps its history, and the best posts can come back by themselves.

Evergreen posts on Pro and Agency. Approving posts, templates and files needs someone who approves.

From idea to a safe repeat

  1. 1

    Save what works

Start posts from templates for one brand or for all your brands.

  2. 2

    Discuss and approve

Comment on a post or a file, mention a colleague, and have an approver mark templates and files.

  3. 3

    Publish only what is cleared

A brand can allow only approved files to go out.

  4. 4

    Bring the best back

Evergreen posts fill empty times in the queue.

What the library holds

Everything here is built into the planner and the media library today.

Comments
Threads on posts and on media files. Mention a colleague who sees the brand and they are told by bell and email.
Resolve
Settle a thread when it is dealt with. A removed comment keeps its place so answers still read.
Version history
Every post keeps its versions. Restore an older one when you need it. The newest 200 are kept.
Post templates
Text, first comment, labels and files, for a brand or every brand. Approvers can mark one approved.
Approved media
Approvers mark a file approved or declined, with a note.
Usage rights
Give a file an expiry date and a note on its rights.
Approved files only
A brand rule refuses to schedule or publish a post that uses a file not yet approved.
Evergreen posts
A published post goes out again when the queue has an empty time, after its gap and up to its number of times, within the brand’s weekly share.
Pro

Evergreen on Pro and Agency

Do comments notify people?

Someone mentioned is told in the bell and by email. The post’s author and the people in the thread are told in the bell.
