A customer answering a short survey on her phone

From a blank page to an answer that acts

  1. 1

    Build it

Add questions, group them in sections and pages, say what is required, and add the rules that decide what each person sees.

  2. 2

    Share it

Give out a link or a QR code, embed it on a website, show it in the website chat, or send it to chosen people.

  3. 3

    Collect answers

People answer on any phone, save their progress and come back. You read, filter and export what arrives.

  4. 4

    Act on them

An answer can update a contact, open a ticket, tell the right people and start a workflow.

What a form can do

The depth of a long questionnaire, with the answers kept in the tool your team already uses.

Many kinds of question
Short and long text, numbers, email, phone, dates, times, single and multiple choice, dropdowns, ratings with faces or stars, yes or no, and file upload.
Sections and pages
Group questions in sections, split a long form into pages with Next and Back, add instruction blocks and a header image.
Rules for each question
Required, minimum and maximum, number of digits or characters, a pattern, and an error message in your own words.
Skip logic
Show or hide a question, a section or a page depending on earlier answers, with and, or.
Repeat groups
Let a person add as many rows as they need, such as one per task or per item, as a table on a computer and as cards on a phone.
Calculations and piping
Totals, products and sums across rows, shown live. Reuse an earlier answer inside a later question.
Several languages
One form in English and French with a language switcher for the person answering.
Your brand
Logo, colours, cover image, a thank-you screen of your own and an optional redirect.
Sharing
A short link, a QR code, an embed for your website, open and close dates and a limit on the number of answers.
Prefilled and hidden fields
Fill answers from the address, such as a campaign name, and keep hidden fields out of sight.
Reading the answers
A table with search and filters, one page per answer, CSV and Excel export, and an AI reading of the written answers.
Where answers go
Create or update the contact, open a ticket, tell chosen people, start a workflow, call a webhook, or send a satisfaction form when a ticket is solved.
Roles that fit the work
Building a form, reading its answers and exporting them are three separate permissions, so you decide who may see what people wrote.
Easy to answer
Made for phones first, answers saved on the device while typing, and spam protection that does not block real people.

Questions

Is it only for customer surveys?

No. The same builder makes staff and team questionnaires, customer satisfaction forms, event feedback, polls, research studies, contact forms and lead forms.

Can a long form be answered in more than one sitting?

Yes. Answers are saved on the person’s own device while they type, and they can continue where they left off.

Can I build a form with rows people add themselves?

Yes. A repeat group lets a person add or remove rows, with a minimum and a maximum number of rows, and totals can add up across the rows.

What happens to the old website surveys?

They became forms. Each one was copied with its answers, its chat card, its email and its score actions.

Can I send a form to a list of people?

Yes. Each person gets a personal link and you see who has answered. See Send a form to a group.
