Campaigns that reach people, with limits you set
Start from a group of contacts instead of a conversation. Send an email, a message on your website, a push to your app or a WhatsApp template, wait, branch on what they do, and stop when they answer. Caps, quiet hours and unsubscribe are on from the start.
Get startedOn Pro and Agency. WhatsApp templates need WhatsApp, on Agency.

From a group to a goal
- 1
Choose who enters
Contacts matching their plan, tags, country, language, details, last seen or a tracked event, with a live count and a sample before you start.
- 2
Write the steps
Email, a website message shown on their next visit, a push to the brand’s app, a WhatsApp template. Waits in days, or until something happens.
- 3
Branch on what they do
Opened, clicked, replied, an event tracked, a detail changed, became a customer. Split A and B and name a goal.
- 4
Test, then publish
Play it as a pretend person or a real contact, then publish. Read the numbers and the people behind each one.
Protections and numbers
A campaign is built like a workflow, with the same versions, approval and edit lock. The protections are set once for the workspace.
- Entry and exit rules
- Enter once, or again after a number of days, with a cap per day. Leave on a reply, the goal, an unsubscribe, joining another campaign or a changed detail.
- Frequency caps
- A cap per person across all campaigns and one per channel. The starting values are 3 a week per person; you change them.
- Quiet hours
- Nothing goes out inside the hours you set, in the person’s own timezone. The starting window is 21:00 to 08:00.
- Unsubscribe
- Every email has an unsubscribe link that works in one click, with no sign-in, and it is kept per channel.
- Consent and bounces
- Nothing goes to a contact without a lawful basis flag. A bounce or a spam report stops the sending to that person.
- Email tracking
- Opens and clicks are counted per brand, and you can switch tracking off for a brand.
- Numbers
- Entered, and per step sent, delivered, opened, clicked and replied, plus the goal and unsubscribes, by day and by A or B. Each number opens the people behind it.
- On the contact
- A contact’s record shows the campaigns that reached them and when.
On Pro and Agency
Campaigns come with Pro, built on workflows. WhatsApp templates need WhatsApp, which is on Agency, and a number that is opted in with an approved template.
Questions
Is this for newsletters?
It is for messages that follow what people do: a welcome, a check-in after a few days, a nudge when something is left unfinished. It sends on four channels, not only email.
Can one person get too many messages?
No. The cap per person and per channel holds across every campaign, and quiet hours apply in the person’s timezone.
What happens if someone replies?
You can have them leave the campaign on a reply, so a person writes back instead of the next automatic message.
Can I try it without sending anything real?
Yes. The simulator plays a pretend person through the campaign without sending. Addresses on reserved test domains are never emailed.
Can I send through my own mail system?
Campaign email goes out from the brand’s sending address through Hivenza.
