Your CRM and your inbox, one customer record

Connect HubSpot or Salesforce and keep contacts and companies in step both ways. See what would change before the first sync, choose who wins a conflict, and let a deal’s stage or a CRM owner steer your workflows.

Connect, check, sync

  1. 1

    Connect

An owner or admin signs in to HubSpot or Salesforce. The tokens are stored encrypted.

  2. 2

    Map the fields

Standard and custom fields, for contacts and companies, with a direction for each: both ways, into the CRM only, or into Hivenza only.

  3. 3

    Run a dry run

Read what would be created and changed, before anything is written.

  4. 4

    Sync and follow

A sync log with retries, and a list of what did not sync and why.

What it covers

Contacts and companies sync. Deals are read for your workflows. Other objects are not synced.

Both ways
Changes in the CRM reach Hivenza and changes in Hivenza reach the CRM, or only one direction if you prefer.
Conflict rules
For each field, the newest change wins, Hivenza wins or the CRM wins.
No duplicates
People are matched by email and companies by domain.
Deals in conditions
A workflow can look at a deal’s name, stage, amount, owner and close date.
CRM owner
Assign a conversation to the person who owns the customer in your CRM.
Workflow steps
Create or update a record, add a note or activity to it, create a deal.
Workflow triggers
Start a workflow when a record is created or changed in the CRM, with its fields in the event.
Safe by design
Signed change notices, replays refused, each provider’s rate limits respected, and every change in the activity log.

On Agency

CRM sync is part of Agency, and is included in Enterprise. Workflows come with Pro, and the CRM steps use them.

Questions

Which CRMs work?

HubSpot and Salesforce. Other CRMs are not connected yet.

Who can connect it?

Owners and admins of the workspace.

Will it overwrite my CRM on the first sync?

Not before you have read the dry run, which says what would change. Conflict rules decide who wins field by field.

What if a record fails to sync?

It goes on a list with the reason, and the sync log shows the retries.

How quickly do changes arrive?

The CRMs send signed notices when a contact or company changes, and a check also runs every ten minutes.
