Features
Your data, in your own tools
Read and write what Hivenza holds from your own code with a REST API, get told when things happen with webhooks, send reporting data to Looker Studio or your own bucket, and let an AI assistant work with your brands.
Get startedAPI, webhooks and exports on Pro and Agency. The AI assistant connector from Starter.

Four ways in
- 1
Make a key
Choose its scopes and brands, an IP allowlist and an expiry date. It is shown once, and you can roll it.
- 2
Call the API
REST under /v1: posts, media, the inbox, tickets, contacts, analytics, listening and workflows.
- 3
Listen with webhooks
Signed events for messages, conversations, tickets, posts, mentions, workflow runs and more.
- 4
Export for reporting
Datasets as CSV or Parquet, now or on a schedule, or read live in Looker Studio.
What you get
The API is for the code your own team writes. Reporting data is read-only.
- Scoped keys
- Scopes such as posts:read or tickets:write, limited to some brands, with an IP allowlist and an expiry. Publishing has its own scope so a key can write drafts without sending anything.
- Test mode
- A test key works only on a test brand, where nothing reaches a network, an inbox or a card.
- Built for retries
- Cursor pagination, idempotency keys, a request id on every call, and one error shape.
- Limits by plan
- Pro allows 5 keys, 120 calls a minute and 50,000 a day. Agency allows 25 keys, 600 a minute and 500,000 a day.
- Webhooks
- Signed with a timestamp and kept in a 30-day events log. Zapier, Make and n8n can listen too.
- Reporting datasets
- Conversations, tickets, ticket events, reviews, posts, account metrics and usage, filtered by date and brand, with a field dictionary. Customers appear by id only.
- Scheduled exports
- CSV or Parquet, daily, weekly or monthly, to a signed link or to your own Google Cloud Storage bucket.
- Looker Studio
- A community connector reads the same datasets. Power BI and Tableau can read the files in your bucket.
- AI assistants
- A connector lets Claude and ChatGPT work with your brands as the person who connected them, with that person’s role. There is an “only let it read” choice.
On Pro and Agency
The API, webhooks and BI exports come with Pro and Agency, and Enterprise has higher limits. The connector for AI assistants starts on Starter.
Questions
Who can see exports?
Owners and admins set them up. A download link lasts 10 minutes, each download is logged, and the file is deleted after 7 days.
Can I try the API without risk?
Yes. A test key acts only on a test brand, and publishing there is simulated.
Can an assistant publish for me?
It acts as you, with your role, and posts that need approval still need it. You can make the connection read-only.
Is there an API for workflows?
Yes. Keys with the workflows scopes can list, create, publish, pause and run workflows, and webhooks report runs.
How do I get a key?
An owner or admin makes keys in the workspace settings, on Pro and Agency. Each key shows its scopes, brands, expiry and usage.
