What helps shops

Tickets and service targets
Every question about an order is a numbered ticket, with reply times kept in your business hours (targets on Pro).
Orders beside the ticket
Shopify or WooCommerce orders next to each customer’s ticket, with refunds and resends confirmed from the desk (Pro).
Formats
Carousels, Reels, stories, TikTok, Pinterest Pins and YouTube Shorts from one composer, with Canva designs opened straight into a post.
Website chat
A chat on your shop, on Shopify, WordPress or any site, with photos and answers by email after buyers leave (Starter).
WhatsApp
WhatsApp Business chats in the same inbox as Instagram and Messenger (Agency).
Chatbot menus
“Track my order”, “Prices and sizes”, “Talk to us”: buttons on WhatsApp and the website chat, with no AI and no credits (Pro).
AI agent
Answers delivery, sizes and price questions from your own words and pages, and hands orders, payments and refunds to the team (Pro).
Contact profiles
The same buyer on WhatsApp, Instagram and your site is one person, with tags such as VIP or wholesale (Pro).

An honest fit

Hivenza fits if

  • You sell online and post product photos and videos
  • Customers ask questions on WhatsApp, in DMs and on your site
  • You want to know which posts bring visits
  • You’d rather pay in your own currency

Another tool may fit better if

  • You want product tags and checkout inside social apps
  • Most of your sales come from paid ads
  • You want the AI to take orders and payments itself

We’d rather you pick the right tool than the wrong one.

Questions

Can the AI agent take orders or payments?

No. It answers from your own words and pages; when a customer wants to order, pay, cancel or get a refund, it hands the chat to your team.

What does a menu look like on WhatsApp?

Up to three reply buttons, or an Options list of up to ten choices. Choices too long for WhatsApp are written out as a numbered list.

Can I tag products in posts?

Not yet: product tags are added in Instagram and Facebook themselves.

Can I see sales from social?

Tag links with UTM and your shop’s analytics show which posts sent the visits that bought.
