Use cases

Many brands, many countries, one hive

Give each brand, country or team its own space, people and timezone, keep posts behind approvals, answer customers locally and report on all of it from one workspace.

A week with Hivenza

  1. Mon

    Every timezone

Each brand keeps its own timezone, so Paris, New York and Montréal posts each go out at their own 9:00.

  2. Tue

    Approved centrally

Country teams draft; the brand team approves before anything is published (Pro).

  3. Wed

    Answered locally

Each brand’s inbox, with rules that route messages to the right people, and team analytics on response times (Pro).

  4. Thu

    Connected

Webhooks send new messages, contacts and published posts to your CRM or data tools (Pro).

  5. Fri

    Reported

Monthly PDF reports per brand, emailed in each reader’s language to the people who need them (Pro).

Before, and with the hive

Before

  • Monthly numbers collected by hand from every network
  • Help pages scattered across sites

With Hivenza

  • One workspace, a brand per country or line
  • Approvals inside the tool, with comments
  • PDF reports per brand, every month
  • A help centre at your own address

An honest fit

Hivenza fits if

  • You run several brands, countries or business lines
  • Local teams post, and a central team signs off
  • You report to leadership every month
  • Your other tools need the conversations and contacts too

Another tool may fit better if

  • You need paid ads managed in the same tool
  • You need listening across the whole web

We’d rather you pick the right tool than the wrong one.

Questions

How many brands and people fit?

The Agency plan takes 20 brands, 80 accounts and 30 people. If you need more, contact us.

Can a country team see only its own brand?

Yes. Editors and viewers see the brands you pick for them; owners and admins see them all.

Do you offer single sign-on?

Yes, on Enterprise: Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra ID, Okta or any SAML provider, after you prove your email domain. You can require it for your company’s addresses, and your identity provider can add and remove people with SCIM.

Can the help centre live at our own address?

Yes, from Pro: add help.yourbrand.com, point a CNAME at Hivenza, and it goes live once your DNS is in place.

Which languages does it speak?

The app, emails, reports and help centre are in English and French; each person picks theirs.
