Answers people find on their own

Write the questions people ask most, once. Customers read the answers in your help centre and search them from the website chat, the AI agent answers from them, and your team sends them in any chat.

How do I get started?

Write once, answer everywhere

  1. 1

    Write the articles

Group them in topics, in English and French. Keep each one as a draft, publish it, or keep it internal for the team and the AI agent.

  2. 2

    Open the centre

It goes live at /help/your-brand in your brand’s colour, or at your own address like help.yourbrand.com, where search engines find it.

  3. 3

    Answer with it

Visitors search it from the website chat, the AI agent answers from it, and the team sends an article in any conversation.

What the help centre does

One home for your answers, used by your customers, your team and your AI agent.

Topics, two languages
Articles grouped in topics, written in English, French or both.
Draft, published or internal
Drafts wait until they are ready. Published articles are open to everyone. Internal articles are read only by your team and the AI agent.
Your colour, your address
A public help centre in your brand’s colour at /help/your-brand, or at your own address like help.yourbrand.com (Pro). Search engines find it.
Search that forgives
Search ignores accents, so “cafe” finds “café” and “ete” finds “été”.
Was this helpful?
Readers say whether an article helped, and you see how many times each one is read.
Every change kept
Each article keeps a history of its changes. Put an earlier version back in one click; the one it replaces stays in the history too.
Inside the website chat
Visitors search your articles from the chat and read the answer there, without leaving the page.
Read by the AI agent
The AI agent answers from your published and internal articles, so one change updates its answers too (Pro).
Sent from any chat
The team sends an article’s link in any conversation, on any network. For an internal article, it sends the words instead.
Starter

Included from Starter

Up to 25 articles per brand on Starter, 500 on Pro and 5,000 on Agency. The help centre at your own address comes with Pro and Agency.

Questions

Do I need my own website?

No. Your help centre has its own page on Hivenza, at /help/ followed by your brand’s name. On Pro and Agency you can put it at your own address, like help.yourbrand.com.

Can some articles stay private?

Yes. Internal articles are never shown to the public: only your team and the AI agent read them. When a teammate sends one in a chat, the customer gets its words, not a link.

Will search engines find it?

Published articles, yes, whether at /help/your-brand or at your own address. Drafts and internal articles, never.

What if someone changes an article by mistake?

Open its history and put the earlier version back. Nothing is lost: the version it replaces is kept too.

Does the AI agent use it?

On Pro and Agency, yes. It answers from your published and internal articles, along with what else you taught it.

Can it be in French?

Yes. Each article can be written in English, French or both.

Write each answer once, and let it work everywhere
