An AI agent that answers like your team, day and night
It answers chats on your website, WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, Telegram and more, from your files, websites, own words and help centre. It can follow your procedures and look things up in your systems. When it can’t help, it hands the chat to the right person, and the customer is told someone will answer.

- 1
Teach it
Upload files, add a web page or a whole website, write what it should know in your own words, and let it read your help centre.
- 2
Test it
Ask it questions in the test box and read its answers, the pieces it used and how sure it was, before any customer does.
- 3
Choose when
Day and night, or only outside the team’s hours, on the channels you pick.
- 4
Stay in charge
Choose who gets the chats it hands over. Any teammate who replies takes the chat over.
How it behaves
An agent your team can trust with the first answer, and take back from at any time.
- Your knowledge only
- It answers from what you gave it: files, web pages, whole websites and sitemaps, your words, questions and answers, and your help centre’s published and internal articles. You choose which brands, channels and languages each source is for, and sources marked internal are never quoted to customers. If the answer isn’t there, it doesn’t make one up; it hands over, and a gap report lists what to write next.
- In their language
- Customers get answers in the language they write in.
- Hand-over, to the right people
- When it can’t help, or someone asks for a person, the chat goes to the whole team, to one person, to chosen people in turn, or to whoever has the fewest open chats, and they are notified.
- Never left without an answer
- If it can’t help, the customer is told a teammate will answer. Nobody is left waiting in silence.
- Take over
- A teammate who replies takes the chat over, from the website, the mobile app or straight from a phone notification; the agent steps back.
- Honest about itself
- Asked whether it is a person, it says plainly that it is the brand’s automated assistant.
- Typing, as it thinks
- On the website chat, the customer sees it typing while it works out an answer.
- Procedures
- Steps you write in plain words: ask for a detail, look something up, call your own system through a data connector, hand over. The AI can only do what a step allows, and a procedure goes live only when its tests pass.
- Verified customers
- A customer who is signed in on your site or app, or who typed a one-time code sent to their WhatsApp, is marked verified. A connector can refuse anyone who is not.
- Quality, measured
- Checks written in plain words run on every solved conversation, monitors warn you when the AI slips, and a change to its instructions or a procedure goes live only if its score on your marked conversations holds.
- Channels
- Website chat, WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, Telegram, X, Bluesky and TikTok messages, where each is connected.
- Spending
- One AI credit per answer, used only when the answer reaches the customer, with a daily cap so one busy day doesn’t use them all. Reading new or changed knowledge costs one AI credit for each 200 pieces. Quality checks and monitors use credits when you switch them on.
On Pro, Agency and Enterprise
Each answer that reaches the customer uses one AI credit from the plan’s monthly credits; more can be added in packs. You set a daily cap for each brand.
Questions
Where does it get its answers?
Only from what your team gives it: files, web pages and whole websites, the text you write, questions and answers, and your help centre’s articles, published and internal. It is told not to answer beyond that, and hands the chat to the team instead.
What happens when it can’t answer?
It tells the customer a teammate will answer, passes the chat on and notifies the people you chose. The same happens when a customer asks for a person.
Who gets the chats it hands over?
You choose: the whole team, one person, chosen people in turn, or whoever has the fewest open chats at that moment.
Does it pretend to be a person?
No. If a customer asks, it says plainly that it is the brand’s automated assistant.
Can it answer only at night?
Yes. Let it answer all the time, or only outside the hours you set for your team.
Can we take over a chat?
Yes. Reply on the website, in the mobile app or straight from a phone notification, and the chat is yours; the agent leaves it alone.
How much does it cost?
One AI credit per answer, used only when the answer reaches the customer, from the credits that come with Pro, Agency and Enterprise each month. Reading new or changed knowledge costs one credit for each 200 pieces. A daily cap you choose keeps spending in check.
Can it look things up and act?
Yes, through procedures you write and data connectors to your own systems. It only does what a step allows, and account details can wait until the customer is verified.
Is there a support desk too?
Yes: numbered tickets with states, priorities, teams, service targets, macros and customer ratings, all in the shared inbox.
