Profiles are made for every conversation in the inbox, and the import takes up to 5,000 rows at a time. WhatsApp, with its broadcasts to tagged contacts, comes with Agency.
Questions
Do I have to create profiles by hand?
No. Each conversation links to a profile as it arrives. You add details when they are useful.
What happens when one person writes on two channels?
Merge the two profiles: they become one, with both conversations.
Can I import my existing contacts?
Yes. Download the template, fill it in your spreadsheet app and import it. People already in Hivenza are matched by phone or email.
Can I message a group of contacts on WhatsApp?
On Agency, yes. Choose one or more tags: the broadcast goes to people with those tags who agreed to hear from you on WhatsApp, and the count shows how many tagged people haven’t, so you know who it won’t reach.
Does it replace a CRM?
It keeps who someone is next to the conversation. If you run sales pipelines in a CRM, send new and updated contacts there with webhooks.
