Use cases

Publish the article. The posts follow

Each new article in your feed becomes a draft or joins the queue, goes out to every network at a good time, and readers’ questions come back to one inbox.

  1. Mon

    Feeds

Your RSS feeds are connected: each new article becomes a draft, or takes the next free slot in the queue (Pro).

  2. Tue

Editors adjust each post per network: a hook for X and Threads, a longer intro for LinkedIn and Facebook.

  3. Wed

    Readers write

Comments, and questions from the chat on your blog, arrive in one inbox.

  4. Thu

    Listen

Comment insights read the thread under a big story: the gist, the mood, the questions (Pro).

  5. Fri

    Measure

Reach and engagement per post and network, with UTM tags so your web analytics see which posts sent readers (Starter).

Before, and with the hive

Before

  • Copying every headline into five networks
  • A big story shared at 2 a.m., or never
  • Readers’ questions lost in comment threads
  • No idea which network sends readers

With Hivenza

  • Your feed turns new articles into posts
  • The queue spaces them through the day
  • Comments and blog chats in one inbox
  • UTM tags show where readers came from

An honest fit

Hivenza fits if

  • You publish every week, or every hour
  • You share each article on several networks
  • Readers comment and ask questions
  • Your team uses other tools you want to connect

Another tool may fit better if

  • You need a content management system to write the articles
  • You need paywalls or newsletters
  • You only share on one network

We’d rather you pick the right tool than the wrong one.

Questions

How does RSS to posts work?

Add a feed to a brand and choose: each new article becomes a draft for an editor to check, or goes into the queue for the next free slot. Only articles published after you connect the feed are used.

Can different feeds go to different accounts?

Yes. Up to 10 feeds per brand, each with its own accounts and its own choice of draft or queue.

Can we put the chat on a WordPress blog?

Yes. Paste one line into WordPress, or add it through Google Tag Manager; chats arrive in the inbox (Starter).

Does it connect to our other tools?

Webhooks send events as they happen to Zapier, Make, n8n or your own code, signed so you can check they came from us (Pro).
