White-label report

A report an agency sends to its client under its own name and colours, not the name of the tool that made it.

Agencies report to clients every month: what was posted, how it did, and what comes next. A white-label report carries the agency’s name and design instead of the software’s, so the client sees one partner, not a stack of tools.

Clients read reports quickly. Lead with the few numbers that matter to them (views, engagement, followers, the best posts), compare with last month, and add one or two lines of explanation. A PDF they can forward helps the report reach the people who decide.
