What works

What works

  • Re-use your Instagram story when it fits both
  • Behind the scenes and same-day news
  • A clear first frame
  • Text inside the middle of the frame

What to avoid

  • Videos under 3 seconds or over 60 seconds
  • Files over 100 MB
  • Landscape pictures

Hivenza warns you before scheduling when a file breaks the network’s rules.

Questions

Does it work for personal profiles?

No. Facebook only lets tools publish to Pages, not to personal profiles.

Can I post the same story to Instagram?

Yes. Pick both accounts in the composer; each gets its own story.

Which plan includes stories?

Starter and above.
