Social inbox

One shared place where a team reads and answers comments, mentions, reviews and direct messages from several networks.

A social inbox gathers what people send a brand (comments under posts, mentions, reviews and private messages) from every network into one list. The team answers from there instead of opening each app, and each conversation can be given to a person so nothing is answered twice or forgotten.

Each network decides what it shares with outside tools, and some keep certain messages to their own apps. A good inbox says plainly which networks reach it, keeps the conversation’s history, and shows who is handling what.
