MCP connector

A connection that lets an AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT use an app’s actions, using the Model Context Protocol.

The Model Context Protocol (MCP) is an open standard for connecting AI assistants to apps. An app offers a set of actions (list posts, create a draft, schedule, read analytics) and the assistant can use them during a conversation, with the person’s permission and only within that person’s rights.

For social media, it means planning in a conversation: ask for a week of drafts, move a post, or ask what worked last month, and the assistant does it in the tool where your team already works. Good connectors keep the tool’s own rules (roles, approvals, limits) and log what the assistant did.
